It's not possible at the moment. The workaround is to either build a plugin that pulls data from docker stats, or just use the API to push events once you've analyzed the docker stats from some location.
I'm currently working on an agent based plugin for this but it seems like there might be easier ways to get the job done. Will let you know once I find a viable sulution.
We are currently in the process of discussing the plans for investments into Docker monitoring including, but not limited to, cpu and memory utilization and alerts. Please stay tuned for more updates in several weeks.
