Dynatrace alerts not working with Azure PAAS Monitoring services

I have configured Dynatrace in one of my Azure PAAS services. I got hosts, applications and all details in my Dynatrace account. Actually, my requirement is if I stopped the web app in Azure, I should get an immediate alert which I have configured in Dynatrace Email Integration.

But I didnt received any alerts from Dynatrace. Please let me know what went wrong I've configured.

Hi,

you need to configure a threshold based availability check on the process group instances. This is currently not enabled by default within PaaS environments. For more info on this please have a look on this page: https://www.dynatrace.com/blog/advanced-process-gr...
