ZhenYu, I suggest you focus on the Problem capability in Dynatrace and explore how you can stay in touch with issues that are long running. Too many emails can be hard to manage.

But this is more evidence that the problem is a serious problem that can be taken seriously.

You can use the Incident Suppression: Set the incident delay in seconds. Incidents are suppressed during the configured number of seconds after an occurrence, to avoid sending redundant notifications.

I will second @Joseph M. H. that you should immediately take the action to resolve the situation instead of waiting too long because the purpose of APM will not be fullfi.
