Hi, I have created a custom email notification, and I see that sometimes the email shows the enviroment name in red and sometimes in green. The red square in the picture shows where. What is the reason for this? Thank you.
It refers to the actual status of the reported problem either it's opened or has been closed and no longer active and impacting the monitored entities.
