Hi,
We have been having an issue where been getting false positive "Process unavailable" problem emails and notification from Dynatrace. I have been going through the Dynatrace app to find where and how problem "Process unavailable" emails and notification are setup in dyntrace.
Can anyone assist?
For more details, the process is still available, it just started a new session but dyntrace seems to think the process is unavailable because it's still stuck on monitoring the old session when actually new session haves started for that process.

Hi Yosi,
Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid the doc did not resolve my issue. I followed the instructions, and it did not lead to a resolution. I believe it only led me to disable the group monitoring but not for the single process I'm referring to.

Can only guess here that dynatrace split your processes into 2 lines under processes part and in this case you will need to marge them together into one process with Process group detection rules
