I am using a synthetic monitor (ccbs-email-svc-main-svc-prd-iad.saase2e.pitneybowes.com) which is monitoring from 4 locations out of which one location is returning status code as 403. Monitor is generating a local outage problem which is sent to 2 Alerting profiles which are integrated to different problem notifiers (both integrated to OpsGenie)
Cloudtech-Alert -> This needs to generate alert when Availability is 0 min
Cloudtech-Ort -> This needs to generate alert when Availability is down for more than 5 min
If both the Alert profiles are enabled, then we get alert in opsgenie only for Cloudtech-Alert
If we disable Cloudtech-Alert profile, then we get alert after 5 min from Cloudtech-Ort profile
Is there some way that we get alerts from both the alert profile for the same opened problem.
