How to create custom alerts

Hello All,

Hope everyone is doing great.

I am looking for creating a custom alert on dynatrace SAAS environment. I see the option to create a custom alert in the below link. It's says,

1. Go to Settings > Anomaly detection > Custom alerts.

But unfortunately, I don't see any such Custom alerts option under Settings > Anomaly detection.

Can someone please help me to know if this option is moved under some other tab or is there any alternative to create a custom alert.

The blog is a bit outdated 😉

You can use metric events to set up your custom alerts. You will find them under settings -> Anomaly detection -> Metric events.
