How to supress alert using ClientIP

Hello,

It is possible to ignore all the failure requests from an specific IP?

For example:

This failure requests are sent from the same IP, the only way to ignore them is adding the exception/message on the parameters or I can set to ignore the returns from this IP, even being sucess or failure...

Hello -

Unfortunately, it looks like Dynatrace does not currently have a method to ignore failure requests from a specific IP address. As you mentioned, the closest we can get is by setting up ignore exception rules.

One thought, if the request is hitting the same service each time, it might be better to set the ignore exception rule at the service level, rather than the global level (not sure if you are already doing that). Here is the documentation covering service-level failure detection if that's helpful.
