We use some synthetic tests to monitor avaliability, but sometimes we have failures due changes on the applications that we are not notified. The solution is fix the script to adapt the changes.
But during this time all the tests failed and our avaliability rate is affected.
When we create a maintenance windows it is possible to configure a period on the past, but I am afraid wether it will really ignore the tests results on this timeframe or not.
Any tips on how to ignore past results would be apreciated.
