Log monitor does not work well in DynaTraceSaaS environment

My name is Hirata.


Currently, under the DynaTraceSaaS environment, the target server (One Agent)
In order to perform log monitoring, I set the setting,
I will not succeed.


Can you advise on the cause?


The situation is described below.


1. "Setttings" - "Log Analytics" - from "Events"
I added the following log monitoring.

EventName: TEST

Search for pattern using: * error *

Generate: Log Error Problem

If number of occurrences is lower than 1 / min

Selected log files: Windows Operating System (Windows Application Log Windows Security Log Windows System Log)

2. Output test message with eventcreate command


3. In 'Pattern occurrences in last 24 hours'
Alert output on the graph has been successfully detected


4. Alerts are not output to "Problems"
I registered in "Problem notification setup"
Mail notification is not made to the mail address

Hi, Please check if problem exists with prod agent versions:
1.157.258.20190115 or 1.159.207.20190110.
