We are in the requirements of fetching the data from Problems/Incidents section in Dynatrace Managed for Alert Analysis report to check the non-actionable alerts and to improve the process gaps.
We need alert data in weekly basis but there is no automated report option to fetch any data in Problems section. Currently, we are pulling it manually and it consumes excessive manual effort and we couldn't produce the data on time to our problem management team.
Please advise if there is any plugins/other options which will help us to reduce our manual effort to fetch the data from Problems section.
