At this moment, it is not possible to have a report to know problems that have been identified as "frequent issue". So, we think that it will be really useful to have an API option to have it.

That's a very good idea! I recommend putting in a RFE so the product developers are aware of your idea and use case where they can hopefully build this into the product.
