How can I make emails alerted by Failure rate only be sent if the problem has been open for more than 10 minutes?
I have changed this configuration
but I still receive the email Subject: OPEN Problem that takes less than 10 minutes.
Is there anything this is doing wrong?

The question is what alerting profile is configured in Problem notification integration. The one that you've changed or not? 🙂 Maybe you have multiple integrations with different alerting profile which overlap somehow?
