Use an ActiveGate as proxy for SaaS problem notifications back into customer network

We'll need to send problem notifications from SaaS implementation back into our network to the notification solution we have on prem. Could a public facing ActiveGate be used for that purpose?

Notifications are sent from the cluster nodes itself. You need another method for relaying this communication to your on-prem network. ActiveGates only relay communication upwards to Dynatrace Cluster nodes - SaaS in your case.
