What Happened To Slack Integration Attachments?

When we add the official Slack integration from the Set Up Notifications Screen, this is the type of post that is sent:

There are no attachments in the notifications in Slack. But from whaat I'm seeing in various Q&As, there used to be. Why is there no longer any attachments? I find the attachments extremely useful, particularly if there can be a button, "View In Dynatrace" rather than just title links.

Good question I will check and create a bug in case. Did you ever tried the much newer Davis Assistant Slack integration? It offers a much more convenient feature set and interaction possibility as well as attachments and it comes for free for all Dynatrace environments.

Adding Davis Assistant solved the problem. I am not totally happy with the attachments that Davis provides, but it's way better than the other integration.

@Ian C. did you also check if the attachments are correctly shown for real problems coming in, not just the test run that contains no real data?
