email integration - can you have a dynamic receiver email

Does anyone know if there's a way to configure a email notification so that the email will be sent to the users who have access to the problem?

We have Dynatrace integrated with AD which has the users email addresses.

Now, when I configure an email notification I have to specify the "to" email. Can't this email be extracted from AD?

I'm not sure I understand how to determine which users would 'have access to the problem'. Can you clarify?


The customer would like to set the email notification and the email
should be sent to those who have access to that particular problem (or
something based on alerting profiles). The ideea is not to send an email
to a mailgroup but to each user based on the AD email and his access to
dynatrace.
