loss of requests in the API monitored by Dynatrace and troubleshooting

I have requests in the API when I look at MongoDB, but the same API in Dynatrace loses requests, thus generating false positives. How do I deal with this? Is there a troubleshooting that I can follow to check operator, oneagent or something in the cluster, etc.?

regarding the raised concern, kindly check the below points:

• adaptive traffic management 
• alerting: alert on missing data
• ensure that no Dynatrace headers are blocked by FW or network.
• no proxy configurations are missed either between one agent and active gate or ags and Dynatrace cluster nodes.
