problem app - any user can see all problem

I don't understand why, on Dynatrace SaaS, in the new problem app a user can see all the existing problems even the one that are not related to entity tightened with the security context included in their access policy.

What's the missing link that I don't see?

At this stage, there’s no additional option or configuration available to further filter problems within the new Problems app beyond the current behavior.
The visibility you’re describing — where users can see all existing problems even if they’re not directly related to entities within their assigned management zones or security context — is indeed a known limitation of the current version.

Dynatrace is progressively aligning the new Problems app with the access control and entity-scoping logic applied elsewhere in the platform, but as of now, no finer-grained filtering or enforcement can be configured on top of that.

You can follow updates in the release notes or the product ideas portal for when enhanced filtering and access control alignment are introduced.
