6.5 Webstart kiosk client no longer working on laptop

Has anyone seen when your webstart client will work in kiosk mode and then it won't? This is a shared laptop and I'm afraid someone may have made some changes. We've restored the laptop to a previous version before we ever tried to use the webstart client, but it only opens in the normal mode now. No one will say they have made any changes but after the restore I would have thought that fixed it. The laptop is no longer public, but I still can't get the kiosk to work. thanks for any advice.

Strange! I would try to delete the folder from C:\Users\<yourUserName>\.Dynatrace

This could fix the problem. If the problem still occurs, then please create a support ticket.
