AGENT NO OPERATING

Hi:

I have just installed the demo of easy travel and watching the agents, found that some of them are not operating, was reinstalled and the problem persists

Hello Rosa,

Here is something that you can test. If you go into the Windows Services from the start menu you should see a list of Dynatrace process among the list of all the services running on your machine. Most of them will be set to manual, try starting them and then seeing if all the EasyTravel components will start up.

The Dynatrace process was started and even so in easy travel all agents are not active

You can check the Dynatrace logs to see if those agents had issues starting up - they will be in a directory such as: C:\Program Files\dynaTrace\Dynatrace 7.0\log

The application logs might also help but I'm not sure where those are located in an easytravel install.
