About "transaction" status on Transaction dashboard.

I want to ask About "transaction" status on Transaction flow dashboard.

Q1

If I make Incident Rules for Response time of the transaction, when the response time threshold is exceeded and an incident occurs, "transaction" status on the Transaction flow dashboard will be change to red?

Q2

If the answer of question 1 is yes,which tier will be changed to red?

The answer here is "no". An incident will never override status of PurePath, thus incident will not change status in Transaction Flow.
