If the same agent name is used in WebServerAgent, the index number  will be appended to it.
However, there are agents that are not assigned the index number  in the customer environment.
Since no index number is assigned, two Apache processes should exist, but they will be merged into one. (On the transaction flow)

I would not recommend a setup where you have duplicate agent names especially if they are on the same host. In order to avoid this situation I would recommend adding the server flag that enables unique agent names with index.
