Adding an incident rule to App Mon URL

I've logged into DynaTrace appmon online and started to create dashboards.

I've clicked on Tile > Tile Configurator > Alert Tile > Add Alert Rule

The Incident Alert I've created in our client does not exist for me to select.

Could you advise pleaes

Do you have the proper system profile created? Also another thing to check would be that your incident is currently active.
