after installing easy travel and AppMon 7 I could connect correctly to the server, but the problem I'm having is that no Agent appears, I tried to add it from Dynatrace Agent Configuration but none appears, what are the steps I must follow?
I am also facing the similar issue with the easyTravel 220.127.116.1158 on the AppMon 18.104.22.1684 where the below agents status is started with the 'RED MARK' for the Production > Standard environment but the agents are not available in the 'Agents Overview Dashboard' and also no UEM data.
The blog (https://answers.dynatrace.com/questions/185861/jav...) shared by Dave K looks to be correct approach to debug. But just to clarify further, "standard" and "Black Friday" are to put a load on easytravel application and not for configuring or injecting agents. Check your logs for both easytravel and Dynatrace agents, it should give some hints.
