Agent availability incident polling to be changed to 1 min

Hi,

We are looking for an option where we can instruct "agent availability incident" to alarm us only when jvm didn't get up within 1 min.

Currently it is alarming within seconds and as per my knowledge collector/server waits till 10 seconds to receive data from agent before it consider as offline.

Hello Suraj,

I believe we cannot change the builtin incidents timeframe. What is the use case to wait for a minute to trigger the action?

Thanks Babar for your reply, we want to eliminate all the false alarms which are getting trigger during maintenance windows and even JVM agents which are getting disconnected for few seconds and gets connected back within mins.

Hello Suraj,

You can use the incident downtime to eliminate the false alerts for the scheduled maintenance.
