I'm trying to understand the concept: "Response Time [ms]" - Maximum value:
I understand that 304 seconds is the maximum response time from at least one of the 47.000 transactions, but if I look into purepaths dashboard, there is not any purepath with a response time of 304 seconds. Not even 30 seconds.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Just make sure that you are looking the exact timeframe of the PurePaths and the agent name.
Response Time is an overview of the min, max, average, sum, and percentage of the response time for all calls of an Agent or Agent Group.
300s is a very classical indication for a timed out purepath - or a truncated one. So - if you go to your PurePath dashlet you might not see these PurePaths any longer as they might not have been pursisted into storage.
Another explanation could be that these PurePaths are actually "asyncjhronous" subpaths. In that case - try to look for PurePaths that have a very long Duration (not Response Time). Duration includes asynchronous execution time as well
