This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

All the agents are connected to the server but unable to see the transaction flow.


i have installed .net agents and all the agents are connected as seen in the agent overview. After performing transactions also, the transaction flow dashlet is empty. No data is seen.



Hi Rashmi,

please check the PurePath dashlet if transactions are coming in. If PurePath dashlet is empty as well, check if you have sufficient Storage under Dynatrace Server - Settings - Storage. Is your disk read and writeable? Maybe the user which runs the Dynatrace server process is not allowed to write to disk. You may check the server log for this as well if it says "Permission denied".

Are there any Purepath? If not, what Kind of transactions are you executing, is it a web application? You can try a CPU sampling for the agents to see if there is something going on in the CLR and dynatrace just sees no entry point for the transactions.
