Apache2 segmentation fault when oneagent is running

Hi,

I have a server running Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS, Apache/2.4.18 and I just installed OneAgent 1.129.114.

When OneAgent is running, all requests to our website will return an empty response and generate the following error.log entry:

[core:notice] [pid 2537] AH00051: child pid 3128 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /etc/apache2

This seems related to https://answers.dynatrace.com/spaces/148/uem-open-... but in my case, the agent does report to Dynatrace. I can see that the process is monitored. It just crashes on each request.

This server did run OneAgent successfully a few month ago (then we stopped using Dynatrace for a while), and I uninstalled the old agent before installing the new one.

How can I fix this ?

PS: There is no coredump in /etc/apache2

If the seg faults do not occur when the agent is removed I would open a support case.

Thanks, I'll do that.

It was a bug with PHPAgent in OneAgent 1.129.114.

It was fixed in release 1.131.134
