Dynatrace front end server fails to connect to local host @ port 2021 when ever I restart the client. Refer to the attachment that shows the error message. In order to resolve end up uninstalling the Dynatrace and Easy travel (as I am training on AppMon) and reinstall. Don't want to do this - and like to find out the underlying cause! There is no network port sharing violations ! Never had this issue with ver 6.2

Go to Services and make sure your Dynatrace Frontend Server is running.
If your Dynatrace Frontend Server and Dynatrace Server are already running just try to restart them and see.
