Before a week, one of the weblogic servers went warning state. We could not find any alert. Is there any specific way to configure the alert, using measures ,BTS or Dashboards.
I check the health of the host in MONITORING -> PRD-> HOST LIST
Looks like all time it is showing green.
One more question, our connected agents are automatically getting disconnected from Dynatrace.
|[dynaTrace] Severe Incident started: Application Process Unavailable (unexpected)|
How you are handling the above error.Once it is disconnected. We have to wait for a next palnned restart by the application team?Without restart is there any way to get the agents get connected to Dynatrace again. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello Kartik, There are relevant alert: Application Process Unavailable unexpected and other is Application Process Shutdown.
The first one, viz.,
Process Unavailable unexpected, as name says, is when the server stops
getting beacon from the server such as out-of-memory, java process
killed (by os), or unexpected situations (can't think of many).
Process Shutdown is generated when the agent or Web agent is given
manual command to shutdown or the fail safe agent is loaded.
How you are handling the above error
Treat it as sever alert. When gets generated, need to look Dynatrace for cause of actual issue.
We have to wait for a next palnned restart by the application team?
No, the agent will get connected automatically, IFF the team has not removed the Agentpath argument ofcourse with next JVM/Host restart.
Without restart is there any way to get the agents get connected
As explained, they will get connected on themself if port is opened and collectors are up and so on.
