Hello Purni,

Are you talking about infrastructure view?

Can you clarify a bit more about your requirements?

Regards,

Babar

Hi Babar,

When I try to add apache or iis i am unable to view the application server list in the tier configuration.

When i try to download either i am getting the download option which is not specified on my machine?

Would i need to do any configurations for tier settings?

Regards,

Purni

Hello Purni,

If you don't mind, can you watch the below videos for the basic concepts of installation and configuration of local and remote agents.

These are highly recommended even will be very helpful in your dynaTrace Journey.

Hi. Can you provide a screenshot on where you do not see the application server you expect? also - which application server do you expect to show up?

The list of application server also depends on the license you have available. So - if you for instance do not have a Java Agent licnese then the JAva APplication servers wont show up
