Applications Dashboard gets empty

Hi All,

in the last days i could find some posts to my problem but they are gone somehow and just were the half of the needed solution.

Our problem is that sometimes the applications dashboard gets empty. There are users in the system and we can see purepaths and also some incoming numbers in the agents overview with increasing numbers.

If we apply a change with "manage applications" the applications restart and start to show value again. As this happens now nealry all 8 to 10 days we or i wanted to ask if some of you got the same problem with it.

Hi Tobias,

This is not normal behaviour. Even if an application has a wrong configuration it should still have the entry appear on the Applications Overview dashboard with 0 values for the metrics.

When you see there are users and purepaths coming in, do these get mapped to applications?

Can you take a screenshot of the dashboard? and also if possible of the application definitions?

You might have to raise a support ticket for this.
