Appmon 6.5 client can't connect to server

Hello community.

the Appmon 6.5 client can't connect to server .

I have tested update the version to the 6.5.37 .but It is not worked. only by restart the server and collector ,can the client connect to the server successful.

but it will failed again in the next time.

telnet <ip> 2021 is ok!

please help me!

No,firewall is ok

the problem is CPU usage is too high

Hello Colin,

You can try to use the Webstart client https://your.dynatrace.server:8021/, download the webstart and verify if with this one is working fine. Also would be a good idea to open a client in the machine where the AppMon Server is running, to verify that there are no firewall rules that could affect the connection.


Also, as a side note, it could be a good time to think about upgrade your AppMon installation to moderns versions, as 6.5 is out of support since September 2018

the problem is cpu usage is too high !

after restart the process about 2 days,it will comsume cpu too high again. So,client can't connect to the server

memory and disk seems ok!

The cpu is 8 cores , 64G memory.

how can I do to solve the problem ?
