Appmon High Availability Resilience



We are in the process of applying resilience to our Production instance of Dynatrace so that as little an outage is possible if the live instance failed. We are looking to do this with Veritas Infoscale version 7.1. Veritas Infoscale version 7.1 has been installed and configured and we have set up a cluster name. We are now hoping to use the cluster name or ip address for the collectors, however when we use this the collector never connects to the management server. This is what we see in the logs

2019-01-21 10:49:50 INFO [Collector] Collector started.
2019-01-21 10:50:16 INFO [Collector] dynaTrace Server didn't respond for 10s. Starting with local configuration!

Does Dynatrace Appmon allow / Support a Veritas clustering solution or is there a restriction that would prevent this type of solution from working?

I know strictly speaking High Availability is not supported but i know some people have done this with there own solutions.
