It was a question directed at when users get added to the correct AD group, is there anyway we can automate the creation of the users accounts within AM?
Currently this is a manual process.. Users request which AD group they require, they get added then we logon to the client and manually add the user and relate to the correct group.
Is there any part of this process that can be automated?

When you configure AppMon to be using LDAP, you have to specify which LDAP groups have access to AppMon and which permissions they have.
Then, when a user belonging to one of these LDAP groups tries to log in for the first time to AppMon, a user gets created automatically with the correct permissions based on his or her LDAP groups.
