We have configured the back end applications with specific URL in newly created System profile VEO as shown in the attachment. PFA screen shot backend-application-cofig.png. When we check in the Vists Dashboard, It capture and show only the Front End Application visits and not Back end application visits in the Dashboard. PFA screen userexperience-without-backend-app.pngshot .Can you tell me if any other configuration needs to be done for capturing backend applications.

Hi Sampath,

After you've defined the application urls, you'll need to turn on UEM (Visit User Experience) in the User Experience tab. If you don't know how to do that, all you have to do is move that slider all the way too the right.

While this should turn on UEM for those Applications, you will likely want to tweek the settings on this page to provide better detail as to how your users are experiencing your application.

Hope that helps.
