CSS Selector : not work all the time

Hi,

i'm just configuring new application in dynatrace and I've a strange situation with user tagging.

I define a CSS Selector with a (very) simple selector : #user
I don't use regex on it.

Most of the time, I can see the login but on some sessions, It's always an anonymous sessions.
If I check this session, I can see a lot of user's actions after the login page.

So, Why for this session, I can't have the username?

Any ideas?

Regards.

Hi,

You verify if the users access page with html elements defined in css selector.
Confirm if all pages utilized to usertag has the elements math to css selector.

verify if usersessions not start before a configure usertag.

Hi,

thanks to your quick answer.

While I check to answer you I find the "do not track" parameter...
I set it to false and... for now I don't see any anonymous session.

So wait and see...

You can analyze the browsers used for those anonymous users. I had particular problems with IE, wich is not supported by Dynatrace.

Hi,

since I switch off the "do not track" parameter it is all good.
The only few anonymous session are login attempt.
