Can we have incident triggered based on error message in log files?

You will have to create a measure for the triggering an incident.

Can you elaborate a bit more about your requirements?

@Babar Q. Thanks for the reply. There are specific error message's logged in the application logs.For the same I think firstly I need to create a measure based on the error message and add that measure to the incident for triggering the alerts.

Logging measures like count and important Logging are present under Server Side Performance.I think I can use one of them and create measure.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Also if there is another way of doing the same please let me know.

Absolutely right. If the logging is enabled and you can see the same error message then create a count measure and use for the incident.
