When I hover over an agent in the transaction flow, the pop up has a section called incoming calls. In the incoming calls it shows a count of calls and then a break down of the type of calls. I would like to build a chart showing this data historically, but can't find any measures where this data is being captured. Any ideas on how I can leverage this data that is already being captured to populate the incoming calls values without creating additional measures?
I'm betting this isn't something based on any measure but is just calculated based on the PurePaths that are in the timeframe for the transaction flow you're looking at. This won't help you directly but there was a fastpack/plugin created to pull the tier time off of the transaction dashlet and I imagine a similar thing would need to be created in order to chart this historically.
Thanks James. I think you are probably right, I likely need to either create the measures or build a plugin similarly to what you have defined. Seemed odd to me that Dynatrace could calculate the data from transaction flow but I couldn't easily define a matching metric or chart from the same data.
