Collecting Archive Contents Time

Dear All,

Collecting archive content for the last 72 hours takes minimum 3-4 hours. I am taking the full server content except the client?

What could be the reason of this much slow process?

Do you mean a support archive? I see support archives take a long time when there are a large number of agents involved and trying to collect all their logs. This is even more true when some of the agents are disconnected (such as a test environment) and then they have to time out before it moves on to collect the next set of logs. You could try unchecking unneeded agent logs from the "connected systems" portion and it should greatly increase the speed in which you can collect a system archive.
