We have recently migrated to a different domain for both collector and server. after migration, the collect having issue connecting to the server. Attached with the collector's log file.
It looks like something to do with certificates, but how can we reset the certificates?

Did you telnet the port 6699 from the collector to dynatrace server?
From the logs it seems due to a certificate issue. Try with the 6698 which allows non-ssl connections. You can enable this port settings > services > general.

Can you try creating a self signed certificate under
Certificate Management > Generate and deploy > Start wizard
and once created reboot all the components .
This should resolve the EOFException issue.
