Collectors are not connecting to the Dynatrace DMZ linux servers

HI,

We have created 4 instances in one collector linux DMZ server. We have restarted the collector services but the collectors are not comming up on dynatrace appmon 7.1. we checked on the log filesthere we found below few warnings as
"AppMon Agent HTTP Adapter startup failed on collector"
"Could not resolve FQDN for IP using fallback as hostname"
We have connected the collector to dynatrace server but also getting below warning
"Collector will not accept Agent connections until initially connected to a dynaTrace Server".

Hello @Sunayana N.

Make sure you have unique ports for each collector instance and also ports are open between collectors and Dynatrace Server (in case you have firewall in between).

The collector to server port is 6699 and if you managed to connect your collectors to the server, then restart the collectors.
