Attached the Step by Step Procedure to create the alert for Exception exceeds the threshold(Say 10 count) and duration (Say 10 min).
step1.jpg - > Then Click on create Measure
step4.jpg -> select the "Created Measure (Exception Count - Test)"
step6.jpg -> Then in action tab -> go and add Email ID to trigger alert.
Note: Please make sure that SMTP Server is configured in Dynatrace else configure as like below:
setting ->Dynatrace server -> services - >Email Tab ->Fill SMTP details.
