Create alert suppressions in AppMon at host level

Is there any way to create alert suppressions in AppMon at a host level? We have host and process level alerts which are generated from AppMon and feed into other tools that our Service Desks monitor. Occasionally, the SD want to suppress noisy alerts from the tools especially during times when high priority incidents are in progress.

Is is possible to manage the downtime of these alerts at an individual host level?

The lowest level that downtimes can be set is at the incident level, so to create a downtime at the host level the incident would need to be at the host level which probably is not doable in your case.

Some plugins such as the extended email action plugin let you use their own downtimes and in combination with filters you can get to the host level but this only applies at the action level (i.e. no email would be sent) the incident itself and any other actions will still occur.
