Data missing - last 10 days data -percentile values available

Hi Team,


Any idea how last 10 days data alone not coming for measures and BTs and user experience index.

Oct 9th to Oct 18th.

When I tried a lot I could see percentile values of response time not average or user action count

It looks weird. Could not figure out relation between 10 days data missing but for the same percentile values are available in appmon.

Please check server logs, maybe there were some issues with writing to performance warehouse DB. Or maybe someone has done something on DB itself.

Thanks for the reply. I raised a support ticket also. ISsue not fixed yet.

1.Busieness transactions are getting disappeared after a day,
The both the BTS having data for today. 24th Oct. But it will disappear tomorrow.
2. All the BTs are working fine. so only there are many alerts in the last 24 hours.
but it is not coming in dashboards in table and graph.

Every BT is captured correct. Why because for all the BTs incident has been created and getting frequent alerts. But it is not displays in dashboard in form or data or graph. Incident page is full of alerts for all the BTS
