Hi

The problem could be that some of the agents do not capture the JMX MEtrics from the Database Connection Pools. If you create a manual chart and try to chart some of these metrics - do you see values for each agent and each connection pool?

Be aware that if this is a Websphere environment, PMI needs to be enable in order to capture JDBC Pool metrics.
