Database connection pool usage not show value

Hi I’m BenZ

Our customer would like to know, why Database connection pool
usage not show value? as picture

Some Database connection pool usage have value and that doesn’t
have value.

We have observed between Service_20 agent have value and
Service_MC_150_151 agent doesn’t have value, so both be JBOSS and have JDBC
sensor but on Host OS different, Service_20 on Windows server 2003 R2 SP2 and
Service_MC_150_151 on Linux.

Please, explain for us, thanks.

Hello,

Connection pool information is available for the below application servers and also in the second column their support Level.

WebSphere 6 or later, WebLogic 8 or later, JBoss 3 or laterFull
Glass Fish 3.1 Open Source EditionBasic
Interstage 8 or later, Cosminexus 8 or laterNot Required
OC4J 10gNot Available

Regards,

Babar

Thanks for your information then shall we must open ticket to DT support right?

Hello,

Maybe the connection pool is not configured from the application team and also if the Service_MC_150_151 is running on the JBoss 3 or later then you should talk to the support.

Babar

Hi

Please tell us how do we filter database connection pool port? Example as picture as red frame in Database and Connection pool column, we have 2 same IP but have different port; icollectcr_app@xxx.xxx.xxx.208:cicollect_cr and ildap_app@xxx.xxx.xxx.208:ildap.

We dont sure :cicollect_cr and :ildap is port.

Thanks for help us
