Deep object accessor : Methods sensors

SSelvaraj11

We are trying to capture an argument passed in a method. The input type is a Object of XX class and it got 15 fields in it

Placed sensor and marked it active . We did a deep object accessor to capture one of the field , i can see the argument value . But when i try to capture more than argument through deep object accessor , i am not able to see anything in argument section in Purepath .

Can someone please tell how many deep object accessor arguments can be captured in one method sensor?

Hi Sruthi,

Unfortunately, you can only access one value using deep object access.

If you have access to the code, adding a method or overriding the toString method might be feasible options to concatenate a few different values.

Thanks,

Thanks Dave . We dont have access to the code , but we will convey this to the respective team so that they can tweak their code to accomodate this .
