Despite agent naming has no problem, it doesn't group to correct agent group

As we can see in this transaction diagram, the agent name is correct, but somehow in group under 'Web Server' (and I don't even where does this come from) instead of the right group Nsure_Web.

What could possibly go wrong?

Hello Wai,

As per my understanding the instance belongs to the same host/system profile because of 'Transactions' and 'Host' information and also an index [1] mark.

Have a look on the below link for the configuring an Apache node name especially multiple Apache instances on one host.

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/appmon/insta...

One more thing we need to remember that if the mapping agent name set for the start then only a single name can be enough to map the multiple similar instances/processes.

Regards,

Babar
