Does Dynatrace data is effected by day light savings?

Hi,

We have noticed that our week over week data is little off today and when we noticed last week data was in CST and today's data is in CDT. is there a way to adjust the data automatically? or is this going to be a feature request if this is a real issue.

Hi

We store data in UTC and display it based on your current timezone setting of your dynatrace client. So - there should not be a problem. Can you post a screenshot that shows this issue?

Here is the screenshot Andi--

Hey Andi,

What about the case if you are using REST calls? We are currently experiencing a one hour discrepancy when utilizing the client vs a REST call. Daylights saving times happened about 2 weeks ago in my geographic location.

Can we change this value within the REST interface? Currently utilizing DT 6.1.

Cheers,

Sanj

Isn't that still accurate? 7 days ago the time was 8:15 CST (Standard Time) whereas now it is 9:15 CDT (Daylight Savings Time). So - from that perspective I actually think this is correct

Thoughts?

Thanks Andi

When you say that it makes sense but for some reason our numbers are not matching (smile)
